Midtown East vertical explosion covered by snowfence.

Weve walked down this path hundreds of times. On the corner of 23rd and 3rd Ave there used to be a nasty dilapidated building with boarded up windows. Now almost overnight this 14 story building appeared. At 14th street and 3rd, where i get on the subway, there now stands a 21 story building with a partially completed facade covering the first dozen floors and the rest is covered in my all time favorite dressing, snow fence.

Snow fence is what that orange stuff is called that they put around construction sites. Originally this was used to block snow and drafts from getting on parking lots and constructions sites. Now its primary use is warning and safety barrier.
